How does CrateQuest work?

The goal is to push all crates onto the marked target fields. Crates can only be pushed, not pulled.

Can I play CrateQuest offline?

Yes. An internet connection is required for in-app purchases, restoring purchases and downloading the app.

How can I restore purchases?

Open the settings in CrateQuest and select “Restore Purchases.” Use the same Apple ID as for the original purchase.

Does CrateQuest contain ads?

No. CrateQuest contains no banner ads or video ads.

Hammer Toss

How do throws work?

You receive 15 free throws. Once they are used, all 15 throws are automatically restored after 30 minutes.

Do I have to buy additional throws?

No. You can wait for the complete free refill after 30 minutes. A purchase is only an optional way to continue immediately.

Does Hammer Toss contain ads?

No. Hammer Toss contains no banner ads or video ads.

How does multiplayer work?

Hammer Toss uses Apple Game Center for asynchronous multiplayer. You compete against another player’s stored result, so both players do not need to be online at the same time. You must be signed in to Game Center on your device.

How do I report a bug?

Send an email with the game name, device information, operating-system version, app version and a short description of the issue. A screenshot can help with the analysis.

Puzzli Kids

Which pictures can I use?

You can choose a picture from your photo library, take a new photo or use one of the included scenes.

Where are my pictures stored?

Your pictures are stored only locally on your device for your puzzles. You can delete them from the overview at any time.

Can I adjust the difficulty?

Yes. Choose 4, 9, 16 or 25 puzzle pieces to match age and experience. An optional picture guide can help while solving.

Does Puzzli Kids use ads or tracking?

No. Puzzli Kids contains no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking services.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple.

Is personal data collected?

No registration is required to play. More information is available in the privacy policy.
